Terms of Agreement and General Provisions
- The
Approach: At Affordable Accents, our mission is to provide you a one-of-a-kind, all-inclusive wedding, wedding
reception, and/or event that gives you the choices of upgrades you desire, with the level of excellent service you deserve.
We strive and attain excellence in presentation, service, and performance. Our top priority is you! All work shall be completed
in a professional manner; and when applicable, in the compliance with all building codes and other applicable laws.
- Deposit: A 50% (non-refundable) reservation deposit is required
to lock in and reserve the date of your event.
- Payment:
Payment in FULL is the required agreement upon the arrival of the Affordable Accents representative/personnel to begin setup.
The person signing this agreement is responsible for payment and cannot reassign this agreement responsibility or its liability.
In the event that the client should fail to pay the balance due hereunder, Affordable Accents may cease work without breach
pending payment or resolution of dispute.
- On-Site Setup:
An Affordable Accents representative (or personnel) will be on site at least six 6-10 hours before (or a pre-arranged
time) the start of the event to set up the arrangements. It is understood and assumed that the event coordinator or representative
will either: (a) be on-site to open (or unlock) event location; or (b) or event location is already unlocked and owner is
aware of the arrival. It is also understood that full permission is assumed (or endorsed by property owner) to the Affordable
Accents personnel to begin the event setup.
- Setup
Layout: A detailed layout map and instructions of the setup needs to be submitted to Affordable Accents no less
than at least one full week prior to function date. It will be signed by both parties as to the agreement of the arrangements.
- Modifications and/or Changes: Any changes, additions, or modifications
in the setup details and conditions for the arranged agreement may be made up to 72 hours prior to the event and only with
the express written consent of the appropriate event coordinator or representative.
- Damaged, Stolen, or Abuse of Equipment: The event client representative may be held liable
for any damaged, lost or stolen (up to full replacement value) to the Affordable Accents property or equipment.
- Liability: Affordable Accents will not be held liable for any
abuse, mistreatment, and/or neglect of the property during the rental time period.
